Gothic West Campus

Is the location of the historic Duke University Chapel.  It is such an amazing, beautiful campus and is definitely an awesome place to visit if you are ever in the Durham, NC area.
I had a hard time narrowing down photos, so this is a long post.  Enjoy!

 

 





The Making of a Christmas Cookie!

No, I am not turning this into a food blog, because that would be an utter disaster.  But I spent about 6 hours making cookies, and I felt they deserved their own post.

Oh and because the dough recipie is TOP SECRET, my pictures start with the frosting.  Not that most of you would be able to figure out the dough recipie just by looking at a picture, but you never know!!!!

Always a good idea to eat cookies while making cookies...

Sometimes I think that having human children would be easier than having cats...maybe the human kids would listen to me.  HA!  But then I remember than human babies don't use a litter box.  I'll stick with the cats...for now.
